Loving beyond our wounds

Just finished listening to Caroline Myss' keynote address from the I CAN DO IT 2011 conference found on her website.

What a treasure she is .......a master storyteller ........ profound and wise. Challenging the healers of our time to go beyond...   beyond our stories..... beyond our pain......to be strong enough to take ownership of our histories ....and incorporate them,  to love them as you would any part of yourself.... they are your treasures.... a  rung on the spiral ladder of your evolving self.



How humbling this feels at first, then the recognition of truth sets in.... yes, yes  I choose this ......this feels much better....  I begin allowing several integrating breaths. .....  I now invite  my higher self to be with me....... To come forth and  share in my awakening,   witnessing, my movement from my former scripts, from former templates of Christos consciousness were sacrifice is the ultimate......  were self sabotage is paramount, where grin, smile and the bearing of pain is of value.......


I breathe again in order to move into this new awareness...... 


where I no longer value pain as my story...... I no longer need witnesses to my pain.  Rather I value a path to illumination..... to lightness...... to light in my heart.


Yes I have the courage to follow this..... to be naked, gently walking and with baby steps..... I choose this path.... to emanate a new truth.... my truth of who I am now...... I am what I am.......I am that I am...... I am awakening
