I am trying to identify two different vibrations at the moment..... a late summer mosquito and a deep snore from the rafters above the bed... the very tiny mosquito just landed on my computer screen atop of the word mosquito...........   she is here....... she has my attention

So pausing before going back to sleep

I hear rain descending 
parachuting to earth
collectively speaking 
a gentle message
a song
voices of maidens
vibrations defining colors
of the current moment
precisely on each note
whispering, sharing,
you need our softness
we are coming
our voices are coming 
to be heard
tho more importantly felt,
listen from the heart
cultivated silence
listen

I have asked my Friend,
to be with me now
everyday
beside me
holding my hand
ahh, the amazing sweetness of your warm hand
endlessly surprising
truly 
directly warming my heart

OHH we are going on a journey
the path of light
very subtly lit
where is the light coming from

Perhaps from the trail itself underneath my feet
my bare toes 
cool, damp, 
soft, dusty ground 
we are looking for the white flowering flowers
night shades

Loving beyond our wounds

Just finished listening to Caroline Myss' keynote address from the I CAN DO IT 2011 conference found on her website.

What a treasure she is .......a master storyteller ........ profound and wise. Challenging the healers of our time to go beyond...   beyond our stories..... beyond our pain......to be strong enough to take ownership of our histories ....and incorporate them,  to love them as you would any part of yourself.... they are your treasures.... a  rung on the spiral ladder of your evolving self.



How humbling this feels at first, then the recognition of truth sets in.... yes, yes  I choose this ......this feels much better....  I begin allowing several integrating breaths. .....  I now invite  my higher self to be with me....... To come forth and  share in my awakening,   witnessing, my movement from my former scripts, from former templates of Christos consciousness were sacrifice is the ultimate......  were self sabotage is paramount, where grin, smile and the bearing of pain is of value.......


I breathe again in order to move into this new awareness...... 


where I no longer value pain as my story...... I no longer need witnesses to my pain.  Rather I value a path to illumination..... to lightness...... to light in my heart.


Yes I have the courage to follow this..... to be naked, gently walking and with baby steps..... I choose this path.... to emanate a new truth.... my truth of who I am now...... I am what I am.......I am that I am...... I am awakening

Creating with the heart

Could it be so simple?........... to lay down our struggles towards perfection...........to create in our hearts the loving world we wish to live in? My weary bones are suggesting it time to try.... who could imagine simply breathing, being, loving would be such a challenge?

I prefer ordinary days

Just today.... just now I am musing that I prefer ordinary days. They are the standard to which we may perhaps give definition to the rest of our days.
