Clear Crisp September Air

What could be finer than a light breeze on a warm September afternoon. Ahh such a special time we are in, the two weeks between the fall eclipses. I walk in these days with reverence and an open heart. For I am aware that new portals of energy are available during these two special weeks. This is not to say that new energy movements are not available anytime it is just that now we may be a little more open and tuned in to listen to our delicate inner sensitivities.

Let's take for instance the awareness that we may be fragmenting a bit over the last several weeks. We examine the various incongruent parts of ourselves. We humbly make a clear educated assessment of our split. We congratulate ourselves in seeing this intricate web structure we have concocted and delight in no longer needing this structure.
So we vigorously exhale with our breath this web like structure. Again with a slow deep breath we release the whole drama, the whole play. The complete need to deny a portion of ourselves.

Haa we say to ourselves this has been an awfully long time coming this moment. I can actually admit this personality trait that up to now I have been perfectly steadfast in projecting onto another. We begin to steer towards gratefulness, so grateful that we have reached this state of awareness. We come to devoutly bless the other person for their gift of presence whether it has been a close intimate lover or a stranger. We bow in our hearts to their divinity. We are speechless looking back at our own judgment. It was never needed - we never needed to judge. Oh this feels good such sweet relief.

Perhaps we actually need not visit this drama again. We just revel in the new fibrillations of the heart - the tender new growth like shinny new skin emerging under a blister. We practice breathing even more delicately now.

Perhaps we visit this drama again and again even with our new awareness. To sample compassion for ourselves once more. For now our projected demons are no longer outside of ourselves. They are now deflated - poof - all gone. Imaginary constructions now deconstructed and minimized.

OH the deliciousness of growth. Bless you all.

Walking the divine flame of the feminine

Here I share a dialog that occurred on a beautiful sunny afternoon on my porch with a friend,

A wild and grand journey you two have been on. We bring love to you. You carry the divine flame of the feminine. Feel free to walk proud and magestic holding this candle with honor high above your head, heart leading and feet solidly on the ground.

Let us open this up with an image. Imagine the sky opening so bright and so full of light that you are unable to see anything. You try to squint to make out any form at all but the light is just too bright. This light is the light of ultimate possibilities. It is formless. You may have a tendancy to step back and exclaim - WHOA -. But it will not help you to step back. It is time to just experience the feeling of this sight. Your heart begins to feel this bright light. Try to stay with this feeling. It is formless and bright. WOW! Feel this with your entire body. This is the integral first step here, the feeling before you create any shape or sense of it. Begin to walk with this feeling in your heart. It may be difficult to for you becasue you have become mentally oriented. Attempt to use your heart now to feel colors, sensations and possibilities of what you could do with it. Perhaps you may feel like sharing it, - sending this out to a loved ones, your friends or randomly to other living beings.

Sharing this feeling is a great second step for most of us we would be overwhelmed with the feeling if we did not share it. Further down the road we will be able to hold this feeling within for a greater length of time. This is a feeling of grand potentiality. A way to turn up the volume of joy and our capacity for it.

This is a powerful tool to begin leading with your heart and not your head. You will begin to feel more, you may cry because you are glad to see someone. Be very glad you are able to feel - that your capacity is now so big!

Let's go back to the image of you walking with your candle with your arm held high gently and proudly forward leading with your heart. All mental activity is released for this is not where the energy is now. Hold this image in your mind's eye, candle lit, illuminating your uncharted path. with feeling of tremondous courage. Enjoy this feeling.

Freedom to Breathe

Welcome All!

It is here I intend to share my experience of becoming a new energy artist. I do hope you will share your ideas and experiences as well. I use the word becoming so you to can join me in the process. You can not get it wrong. There is no right way to be a new energy artist. It is all right. We are each exploring the world with new eyes, new senses and new music in our breath. We are learning to more deeply appreciate each others perspective. To reply on these gifts like miracles coming at the appropriate time - easing our realities.

It is with great pleasure that I now can post my current spiritual dialogs with my metaphysical friends. It is all in the spirit of play. Engage at any level of your desire. It is all okay, laugh at us or with us but do laugh. This is one of the surest ways to move energy. Moving energy by the way is pretty much the first objective of a new energy artist.

So, find the place where it feels good, set your intention to stay here. This is the place where magic happens. Permit your body to open, to breathe, and to sink into the deliciousness of being.
